Our flagship. Released after at least 24 months in oak and a further 18 months in bottle. Each vintage is five years in the making and is limited to a maximum 3000 bottles. Fruit is sourced from the western valley floor around the Greenock and Maranaga sub-regions.
INCOLTO
This range is made specifically for pairing with food. We source our Primitivo, Sangiovese, Nero d’Avola and Montepulciano from the Barossa Valley and our Pinot Grigio from the Eden Valley. Only produced in the best years, when vintage conditions allow us to maintain the highest quality.
SING SONG
Regional wines from the most significant vineyards north of Adelaide in South Australia. When conditions allow we produce Barossa Valley Shiraz and Grenache, a barrel fermented Eden Valley Chardonnay, Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc and a Clare Valley Riesling, suitable for long term cellaring.
STEALTHY
Sparkling Shiraz is a wine style pioneered in Australia and ideally suited to our laidback, foodie lifestyle. Our Stealthy Sparkling Shiraz doesn’t take itself too seriously. It is made using selected parcels of Shiraz from across South Australia in an easy-drinking fruit driven style
